Post weld heat treatment (PWHT)
Sigma can carry out on-site post-weld heat treatments using trained personnel operating equipment. We can also carry out post-weld heat treatments of weld procedure and welder test pieces – on site or in our own facilities. This can be combined with NDT of the test pieces prior to mechanical testing.
Pre Heat Treatment services
Sigma can carry out on-site pre-weld heat treatments using trained personnel operating equipment.
Oil firing (internal and External)
Sigma is able to mobilize equipment and man power to perform the heat treatment process anywhere in world within short period of time. Sigma is also able to construct temporary furnaces at our clients’ sites where internal firing is not a practical or cost-effective option.
